'Born to Run' appears on Publishers Weekly best-seller list

It’s Sunday, so that means that it’s time for my weekly review of this week’s Publishers Weekly Best-Seller List. According to the list, we’ve got four new books at the top of the four major best-seller lists this week.

"The Land of Painted Caves: A Novel" by Jean M. Auel replaced “Live Wire” by Harlan Coben as the top book on the hardcover fiction best-sellers list.

"Onward: How Starbucks Fought for Its Life Without Losing Its Soul" by Howard Schultz and Joanne Gordon replaced "Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption" by Laura Hillenbrand as the No. 1 book on the hardcover nonfiction best-sellers list.

"Caught" by Harlan Coben replaced "The Shadow of Your Smile" by Mary Higgins Clark as the top book on the mass market paperback best-sellers list.

"Heaven is for Real: A Little Boy's Astounding Story of His Trip to Heaven and Back" by Todd Burpo, Sonja Burpo, Colton Burpo and Lynn Vincent replaced “Water for Elephants” by Sara Gruen as the No. 1 book on the trade paperbacks best-sellers list.

There are five books on this week’s hardcover fiction best-sellers list that weren’t on the list last week. Those books (and their place on the list) are "The Land of Painted Caves: A Novel" by Jean M. Auel (1), "Lover Unleashed" by J.R. Ward (2), "Mystery: An Alex Deleware Novel" by Jonathan Kellerman (3), "The Troubled Man" by Henning Mankell (8) and "Sweet Valley Confidential: Ten Years Later" by Francine Pascal (15).

They include "Dead in the Family" by Charlaine Harris (3), "The Darkest Secret" by Gena Showalter (5), "Indulgence in Death" by J.D. Robb (6), "Vampire Mine" by Kerrelyn Sparks (7), "Home Free" by Fern Michaels (8), "Driftwood Cottage" by Sherryl Woods (9), "Eternal Rider" by Larissa Ione (13) and "The Knitting Diaries: The Twenty-First Wish/Coming Unraveled/Return to Summer Island" by Debbie Macomber, Susan Mallery and Christina Skye (15).

There are four books on this week’s trade paperbacks list that weren’t on the list last week. They include "Now Eat This! Diet: Lose Up to 10 Pounds in Just 2 Weeks Eating 6 Meals a Day" by Rocco DiSpirito (5), "Hungry Girl 300 Under 300: 300 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Dishes Under 300 Calories" by Lisa Lillien (6), "Have a Little Faith: A True Story" by Mitch Albom (7) and "Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen" by Christoper McDougall (11).
