Clive Cussler's 'The Tombs' appears on best-sellers list this week

Today is Sunday, so that means that it’s time for my weekly breakdown of this week’s Publishers Weekly Best-Sellers Lists. According to those lists, there are two new books at the top of the four major best-sellers lists this week.

"Zealot" by Reza Aslan replaced "Happy, Happy, Happy: My Life and Legacy as the Duck Commander" by Phil Robertson and Mark Schlabach as the No. 1 book on the hardcover nonfiction best-sellers list.

"The Inn at Rose Harbor" by Debbie Macomber replaced "Friends Forever: A Novel" as the top book on the mass market paperback best-sellers list.

"The Cuckoo's Calling" by Robert Galbraith, a.k.a. J.K. Rowling, remained the No. 1 book on the hardcover fiction best-sellers list for the second straight week.

"The Casual Vacancy" by J.K. Rowling remained the top book on the trade paperbacks best-sellers list for the second week in a row.

There were two books on this week’s hardcover fiction best-sellers list that weren’t on that list lat week. They (and their places on the list) included "The Highway" by C.J. Box (8) and "The Husband's Secret" by Liane Moriarty (15).

There were two books on this week’s hardcover nonfiction best-sellers list that weren’t on the list last week. They included "Jerusalem: A Cookbook" by Yotam Ottolenghi (8) and "Jesus Today" by Sarah Young (15).

There were 12 books on this week’s mass market paperbacks best-sellers list that weren’t on the list last week.
