“The Evergreen Aggies routed Red Level here Friday night, 53 to 7, to rack up their third straight win and run the season record to four wins and three losses. “In spite of the rash of touchdowns, Coach Cliff Little credited an aggressive Aggie defensive corps with winning the ball game.

“Faulkner hit George Stinson with a pass that was converted into a 64-yard touchdown with Stinson doing some fine running and getting some good blocks. Then, Jack White got behind the Red Level secondary and gathered in Faulkner’s perfect toss without breaking stride for a 56-yard scoring play.
“With frosh quarterback Hollis Tranum at the controls the reserves sent Lavon Tolbert in from the four to successfully complete one scoring drive and Jimmy Bell in from the one for their final score.
